Requirements:
— Minimum of 1 year of commercial experience as an IT project manager, preferably in web/mobile development. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget;
— Upper-intermediate level or higher proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
— proven track record of successful cooperation and direct communication with clients from various regions, including Europe and the US;
— understanding of various engagement models (Time & Materials, Fixed Cost, Dedicated Team, Support, etc.) to recommend and implement the most appropriate model for each client project;
— experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and successfully delivering them to clients;
— expertise in leading projects from scratch to completion;
— attention to detail, strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple activities;
— responsibility and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
— Managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution within budget and minimizing risks;
— fostering a collaborative atmosphere and promote clear communication between teams (developers, designers and clients);
— utilizing various methodologies to plan tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress;
— regularly reporting project progress, budget utilization, risks and impacts, and change requests to clients;
— analyzing and collecting project requirements;
— providing reports to senior management on resource planning, project status, risks and opportunities;
— leading cross-functional teams (2-6 members), including developers, designers and QA in a Kanban and Scrum environment.
