Role Description/Responsibilities: As an IT Security Service Manager, you`ll be the catalyst for optimizing and designing IT services, ensuring their efficiency, measurability, and alignment with customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include establishing trusting partnerships with customers, external partners, and our clients Service Operations Team. You`ll also manage IT security and service management projects while promptly addressing incidents, problems, and changes. Your role will involve enhancing service quality through documentation, process optimization, and technological automation, as well as conducting regular IT initiatives to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills: - Setup, implementation, and management of IT services with a focus on measurability and reporting.
- Ensure the delivery of IT services aligns with agreed-upon service levels and exceeds customer expectations.
- Continuously assess and improve the quality of IT services, processes, and procedures.
- Cultivate trusting relationships with customers, external partners, and the Services Operations Team.
- Manage IT security and service management projects as required.
- Handle incidents, problems, and changes effectively, with appropriate escalation procedures when needed.
- Lead as the escalation manager and support operations teams in escalation and problem management.
- Drive internal documentation, process optimization, and technological automation to enhance service quality.
- Conduct regular IT initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce complexity.
- Prepare and lead service review meetings with customers and external service providers.
