• Studies in Computer Science, or Apprenticeship or equivalent work experience in system integration.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with macOS.

• Strong knowledge of Jamf (certifications preferred).

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Intune (certifications a plus).

• Proficiency in Bash and PowerShell scripting.

• Experience managing other device types (preferred).

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Ability to work independently and proactively.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• A passion for continuous learning.

• Manage and maintain the lifecycle of devices (Mac, iOS, Android, etc.) using Mobile Device Management systems for PUMA Global

• Configure and manage additional device types (printers, VR glasses, etc.) within their respective management systems

• Ensure the infrastructure and applications are up-to-date, stable, and resolve issues promptly

• Support the implementation of new processes, configurations, settings, and applications

• Adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

• Implement and execute processes related to the IT infrastructure

• Conduct training for 1st and 2nd level support and global IT service partners.

• Serve as the primary contact for 3rd and back-level support, providing advanced troubleshooting

• Align with the global IT infrastructure strategy and collaborate with relevant stakeholders

• Contribute to IT infrastructure projects
