We are a well funded licensed e-money institution and principal member of Mastercard with offices in Luxembourg and Munich with a staff of ca. 130, and rapidly growing. We have been running a successful consumer card product for the last 6 years and built a significant B2B portfolio around corporate spend management, payouts and emergency payments.

• develop and execute a clear product strategy aligned with the company's goals and market trends;
• drive product roadmap planning and ensure timely delivery of excellence;
• lead end-to-end Product Management, from ideation to launch;
• collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Engineering, design, Marketing, and Operations, to define product requirements and prioritize features;
• conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product usability and user satisfaction;
• monitor product performance and key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations.

• Experience in leading and launching successful B2B or B2C digital products that solve real user problems
• Strong customer focus and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, and ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make data-driven decisions.
• Working experience in start-ups is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial products and industry regulation is a plus
• Fluency in English in writing and orally is required; German is an advantage
