YOUR JOB

Before you run a hostel independently, you will participate in a three-months management trainee program in one of our academy houses in Berlin, Prague or Warsaw, where you will be prepared for your future role as a hostel manager in the areas reception, food & beverage, back office andteam leading.

Afterwards, we ask for your flexibility, as you will then visit all our hostels as an internal auditor or assist in one of the houses, before taking on responsibility for your 'own' a&o hostel in Europe.

YOUR PROFILE

You …

• have completed an educaton in the field of tourism, hospitality, business administration or a related area
• have already earned some working experience
• are proactive and independent
• are (not only geographically) flexible
• have a managerial mindset
• have a driver's license (German class B)
