• Appointment coordination
• Conducting research, preparing/creating reports and presentations
• Organization and support of meetings and events
• Planning, organizing and accounting for business trips
• Create & distribute capacity planning and availability to stakeholders.
• Support invoice verification
• Tracking of spent engineering hours & costs of work packages and share information with stakeholders
• Support technical controlling
• Regular alignment with Engineering Centres

Ideally, you will have experience in an assistant role for this position. The following are also important to us:

• Very good knowledge of MS Office
