Student Assistant - Master Programs bei ESMT Berlin

For the Master Programs team, that is responsible for our currently three master of science programs, we are looking for a
Student Assistant - Full-time MSc Programs
(m/f/x, 20 h/week, 13 €/hour, start in August 2023 – March 2024)

• Support the program managers with organizational and administrative tasks
• Support program participants in-person (on campus) and online
• Prepare program documentation for our participants, including the management of content on our eLearning platform (Moodle)
• Create and maintain course-related databases of current program participants
• Support the program managers in the preparation and delivery of events (program orientation, social events, graduation, etc.)
• Carry out research on various topics
• Support faculty to deliver hybrid events and curriculum sessions on an as-needed basis

• Will remain enrolled in a full-time bachelor or master program for at least until March 2024
• Are fluent in English
• Are detail-oriented and enjoy working with people
• Possess adequate Excel skills and a logical mindset
• Value a well-structured, attentive approach to organization, time- and office-management
• Are able to work independently and willing to take initiative
• Desired but not essential: experience with an eLearning platform (Moodle)
