Your role

We're looking for an experienced Team Assistant (f/m/d) who would like support our management team 20 hours a week.

Your position in our team

Be responsible for the booking and invoicing of business trips
Organize meeting and calendar management as well as the preparation, execution and follow-up of appointments
Take care of the general office organization for our office in Berlin
Plan small events
Support the management team in administrative and organizational matters

Your profile

Several years of experience as a team assistant in a dynamic environment
Excellent organizational skills, strong hands-on mentality, flexibility, ability to deal with unusual and unpredictable situations
Sovereignty and composure even in hectic times: Be aware that you are sometimes on call
Very good know-how in Office tools, ideally Google Suite
Excellent German and English communication skills
Completed commercial apprenticeship
