Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure department functionality and coordination

Collaborate with the sales team on project organization

Collect and prepare reports based on CRM data to be shared between the LATAM team and headquarters

Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with relevant information

Liaise with the Headquarters function to ensure the quality of documentation
-
Assist and organize promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns
-
Coordinate marketing actions and demands with agencies and press offices
-
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
-
Review marketing literature to enhance the company’s market presence

Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of online/traditional campaign actions
-
A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is mandatory
-
Proven experience as a Sales assistant

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software, CRM, and online tools

Good understanding of administrative and marketing management principles
-
Knowledge of data analysis techniques and report development
-
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
-
Strong organizational skills with a customer-oriented approach

Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines
-
English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory, Spanish is a plus
