OUR ROLE
Embark on an exciting journey as the driving force behind our 3P/Indirect E-commerce sales initiatives at Fiskars. Position will be located at the local sales unit office but has a Pan EU influence and Continental Europe sales responsibility and partners with central or shared online Centre of Excellence/Brand teams. This position is based at our Sales Unit Office either in Rotterdam Netherlands or France or Germany and is full-time hybrid.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS GROUP
Responsibilities:
You will report into the Indirect E commerce Director Continental Europe. The Indirect E commerce team is part of the Continental Europe Sales team. You will be interacting with the other local sales units’ sales team and with our brand teams located at the Head quarter in Finland for our Scandinavian brands Fiskars, Iittala, Arabia/Moomin and our English brands Royal Doulton, Royal Albert.

Identify indirect E commerce business opportunities.

Define, develop, and implement plans to accelerate indirect Ecommerce growth for Continental Europe with strong focus on Benelux, Germany, France, aligning efforts with the overall Fiskars Growth Strategy.

Create and develop strong long-term relationships with E-commerce customers and create &execute joint business planning: primary point of contact with key customers in Continental Europe (i.e. Shopping clubs, pure players, marketplaces but also brick and mortar).

Ensure a good sales execution and shopper experience according to the brand plans and the overall local and global strategy while fostering cross-functional work collaborating with internal stakeholders, including the Online Centre of Excellence, Brand and offering teams and other E-commerce Managers.

Share the Ecommerce/digital knowledge with other and train people on Ecommerce and leverage the Ecommerce knowledge within the organization.

Work on specific project to support other sales units outside of Europe upon request or support of work on project to adopt new tools to drive E-commerce growth.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience:
-
Extensive background (5-10 years) in Ecommerce sales/key account management. Deep understanding of the E commerce retail landscape in Europe.

5-10 years of experience in Indirect e-commerce with a proven track record of growing e-commerce business results with big customers (Ecommerce players and shopping clubs).

Good understanding of Ecommerce advertising, content, and data analytics.

Over 3 years of experience taking ownership of financial targets and budgets, showcasing financial responsibility.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, excelling in a matrix organization.

Sales-oriented mindset, passionate about enhancing business results.

Change agility, perseverance, and determination to overcome challenges.

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Blend of big picture thinking, analytical mindset, and creative problem-solving.

Knowledge of Amazon Vendor central, seller central (3P integrator would be a plus like for instance Channable or Channel Engine).
