JOB PURPOSE
The overall purpose of this role is to ensure customer support, order planning, and coordination in our operational department (office-based).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (Other duties may be assigned

• Handling customer inquiries and orders from both domestic and international clients.
• Coordinating and organizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Providing written and telephone customer support.
• Receiving and entering orders into our internal system.
• Sharing responsibility for order processing and monitoring deadlines.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Aufträgen aus dem In- und Ausland
• Koordinieren und Organisieren der Arbeiten für termingerechte Erledigung
• Sie übernehmen die schriftliche und telefonische Kundenbetreuung
• Sie nehmen Aufträge entgegen und erfassen diese in unserem konzerninternen System
• Sie tragen Mitverantwortung bei der Auftragsabwicklung und überwachen die Termine.

EDUCATION

• Chemical background is prefered (e.g., CTA, chemical laboratory technician, chemistry student)
• Chemischer Hintergrund wird bevorzugt (z. B. CTA, Chemielaborant/in, Chemiestudent/in)

EXPERIENCE

• Office experience not mandatory
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• PC skills (MS Office) are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, customer-focused
• Flexible, resilient, pleasant telephone manner
• Experience in organizing and coordinating tasks.

• Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office) sind Voraussetzung.
• Sie sind kontaktfreudig – teamfähig- ausgeprägt kundenorientiert

• Sie haben Erfahrung im Organisieren und Koordinieren von Aufgaben.
