Your responsibilities

• General administrative tasks, for example meeting coordination, documentation management, travel management, and event support
• Organizational and administrative preparation and follow-up of conferences, retreats, workshops, seminars and other events at the national and international level of the organizational unit
• Coordination of scheduling, organizational and technical processes in the Regional Directorate and with other organizational units
• Co-design (layout, correction, reworking) of relevant documentation of the organizational unit
• Supporting the induction of new employees
• Organizing international visits and supporting visitors with their enquiries
• Ensuring publication of relevant information of the respective organizational unit on the intranet
• Administrational support for the flexible management team

Your profile

• A completed apprenticeship or comparable professional experience
• At least 1 to 3 years of work experience in a comparable position, ideally in an NGO
• Intercultural competence, as well as the willingness and ability to work in an intercultural environment and to interact with other people of different backgrounds and functions
• Organizational talent, pro-activity, as well as the ability to work in a team but also independently
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills. Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an advantage.
