Job Description:

• Serve beverages to guests in all assigned areas in a courteous, polite and safe manner
• Carry out other service duties, as assigned ie, coffee time, light lunch buffet, any food function in the dining room or elsewhere etc
• Work according to quality, safety and hygiene standards as directed by the company and governed by intentional regulations and standards ie HACCP, ISM, ISO etc
• Work as a team and assist in any area as required
• Protect and safeguard company property
