For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are offering an

• You support day-to-day administration tasks within the Salesforce platform and assist in user management, profiles, and permission sets
• You contribute to data engineering and enrichment activities in Salesforce and assist in maintaining the data integrity and accuracy
• You generate reports and dashboards to provide insights in Tableau & Salesforce
• You create and update documentation related to Salesforce processes and configurations, gather requirements, design business process maps
• You collaborate with Salesforce developers to understand and assist in customization efforts
• You support integration efforts between Salesforce and other business systems

• You have a strong strategic and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong affinity towards emerging tools and technologies like Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
• You have a very good understanding of numbers and enjoy analytical and conceptual tasks
• You have the desire and joy to take on new challenges and are enthusiastic about new, unknown tasks
• You work independently, coupled with the highest level of accuracy and service orientation
• You demonstrate advanced knowledge of excel and other analytical tools
• You have a ‘hands-on’ mentality and like to think ‘out of the box’

Salary: 2022 €/month for a voluntary internship, 800 €/month for a mandatory internship*
