What you can expect

Verantwortung der Vertriebsaktivitäten in Europa
Aktive Neukundenakquise und Pflege von Bestandskunden (OEMs sowie Tier-1- und Tier-2-Zulieferer) durch regelmäßige Kundenbesuche
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen und internationalen Vertriebskollegen
Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung sowie Führung von Auftragsverhandlungen
Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie
Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und Konferenzen
Verantwortung für das Berichtswesen und den monatlichen Forecast

What we expect

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als technischer Betriebswirt bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten, idealerweise im Sondermaschinenbau oder in der Automobilzulieferindustrie
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem CRM-System
Hohe Ansprüche an eigene Vertriebserfolge
Persönliche und fachliche Überzeugungsfähigkeit sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
Hohe Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, sowie eine hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft runden dein Profil ab
