Regional Recruitment Marketing Manager in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe bei Fresenius Medical Care

As the Regional Recruitment Marketing Manager within our Talent Acquisition Global Excellence team, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing our recruitment marketing strategy for assigned region. You will use your knowledge of digital media and data analytics to create a connection between job seekers' motivations and Fresenius Medical Care offerings as an employer. In this role you’ll impact millions of candidates every year and work together with a talented and engaged talent acquisition team to enable recruitment marketing efforts at scale.

Tasks

• Lead talent branding and recruitment marketing projects specific to regional markets including the building and execution of campaign strategies while managing internal stakeholders, cross-functional team members and external agencies, ensuring budget and deliverables are on time.
• Develop multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies and employer brand programs to support talent attraction efforts.
• Run marketing campaigns end-to-end: design, manage and execute recruitment marketing campaigns, across a range of platforms, supporting multiple business functions, operating across multiple geographies.
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition teams to build recruitment pipeline campaigns and ensure all strategies and objectives are being met
• Work cross-functionally with our Talent Acquisition organization and direct recruiting teams to determine campaign and material needs
• Manage digital advertising budget/calendar across channels to govern advertising campaigns and tactics, enabling recruiters in attracting and hiring top talent
• Write in the employer brand voice across the digital ecosystem, including for the career site, employee stories, email marketing campaigns, internal/employee-facing programs and communications
• Create content (including graphics, GIFs and videos) for employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns
• Develop training materials, including playbooks, presentations and job aids to enable recruiters and HR business partners in gaining awareness and best practices for optimal job advertising channels and tactics.
• Establish and track key measures, metrics and reports for monitoring and evaluating acquisition campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years experience in digital marketing, advertising, demand generation or similar roles
• Experience working with marketing tools including email, digital advertising, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
• Creative with a strong eye for design, with experience creating graphics preferred
• Proven track of record of building and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
