Talent Acquisition Partner – EMEA

As part of the global Talent Acquisition (TA) team, the TA Partner EMEA will join Ingredion’s TA Centre of Excellence (CoE), responsible for bringing in top talent and building talent pipelines for the current and future professional hire needs of the organization. With the focus on Germany and the UK, and occasionally other countries of the region, they will have end to end responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates, while maintaining alignment with defined processes, and the use of key systems against defined metrics. As an Ingredion employer brand ambassador, they will be accountable for creating delightful candidate and manager experiences whilst proactively building trusted relationships with the local German and regional HR as well as business leadership teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Business partnering - Build productive, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to identify and attract high quality talent for assigned open positions. Proactively anticipate and resolve issues through effective communication, customer service, upskilling and training, and management of expectations. Stay abreast of talent market trends and challenges of the external competitive environment, and advise hiring managers and HR accordingly.
- End to end recruitment - Responsibility for full life cycle recruitment - from developing compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies, posting positions, networking with passive talent pools and partnering with third party recruiters, to developing interview strategies, gathering interviewer feedback, leading debrief sessions, facilitating the offer negotiation process, pre-employment checks and preboarding.
- Candidate management & talent pipelining - Utilise tools & resources, including social media, attending conference career fairs, etc. to expand the candidate pool and identify qualified active and passive candidates. Engage and build trust with internal and external candidates, effectively representing the Ingredion Employment Brand. Through example and coaching ensure that hiring managers and HR business partners are also effective in this area.
- Data management - Demonstrate data integrity in the applicant tracking system (ATS - Workday) and ensure consistent ATS utilisation & updates to meet compliance and business needs as well as HR reporting.
- Vendor management -With the considered cost-to-hire responsibility in mind, engage preferred third-party recruiting agencies for difficult to fill requisitions and/or as an additional candidate source during peak requisition volume periods. Proactively anticipate needs to review existing Preferred Supplier List (PSL) and effectively manage long-term relationships with the key partners whilst maintaining low costs
- TA CoE excellence and Global TA projects – Drive and effectively communicate TA CoE processes and best practices to the stakeholders involved. As a subject matter expert, provide appropriate leadership, guidance, and partnership to the local HR teams responsible for associates recruitment. Participate in, support and lead key improvement projects and initiatives in the areas of Diversity & Inclusion, Candidate Experience Enhancement and Talent Acquisition Process Excellence.
Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Solid experience in an autonomous senior recruitment role
- End-to-end recruitment – ideally both agency and in-house
- Experience recruiting professional & managerial level positions
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and social networks/ tools for sourcing and talent pooling
- Strong experience in stakeholder management in a multinational company
- Fluent English and German languages
Desirable requirements:
- Experience working with an ATS, ideally Workday
- Experience in Manufacturing / Operations / Supply Chain recruitment
- Food industry knowledge an advantage
- Regional / multi-country experience
- Experience of working in matrix-built organisations and / or project teams
