You have taken a significant career break and are eager to relaunch your career?
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new joiners and be their first point of contact and focal point for queries to ensure a smooth induction process
- Manage the full ordering process and technical set up of IT equipment, mobile phones and service cards as well as coordinate as coordinate access management for the team
- Support ongoing projects which may include research, data analysis, invoice management or budget report preparation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and team events, including preparing agendas, booking rooms and catering, taking minutes and ensuring follow up on action items
- Give full administrative support to managers in the team by managing calendars, booking travel and handling expenses
- Organize and maintain documents, databases relevant to the teams’ projects and manage office supplies and equipment
- Oversee the offboarding process for leavers, as and if required
Your powerful skills
- Commercial apprenticeship or academic background
- Work experience in an area such as project management, consulting, legal or compliance
- A keen interest in joining the world of energy
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High motivation to re-join the workplace, adaptable and eager to learn and grow
- Eligible to work in Germany and ideally based in or around the Ruhr area
Advantageous, but not a must
- Exposure to an international working environment
- Ideally spoken and written English and German language skills
