transactions and public takeovers. ParkView provides discreet and independent investment banking advice beyond traditional

investment banking capabilities and approaches based on our deep analytical tool set and interdisciplinary approach. We are

combining tier one strategic and financial advisory knowledge with an outstanding expertise in corporate valuation. We provide

unbiased advice to senior decision makers on complex corporate finance decisions, including M&A, public takeovers, takeover and

To support our growing team in Frankfurt/Main, we are looking for an

Intern Investmentbanking / M&A (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

As an intern, you will work in a challenging and intellectually stimulating environment alongside experienced investment banking

professionals on a variety of advisory assignments and large- to mid-cap M&A transactions, with a focus on public takeovers. You

will get full deal exposure and will be part of transaction teams from day one. Our hands-on approach will provide you with the

ability to gain first-hand experiences and will help you to develop strong technical as well as professional skills.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Student (m/f/d) in Finance, Economics, Management, or related disciplines with strong academic

• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure with focus on high quality outcomes and attention to detail
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ability to think strategically as well as self-confidence and self-motivation
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
• Previous experiences in relevant internships in investment banking, private equity and / or strategy consulting
• Written and verbal communication skills in German and English
