Key Responsibilties

The ideal candidate

can engage with Automotive customers to build new and develop existing businesses
Understand customers’ needs and propose our solutions focusing on innovation programs
Work with all involved internal departments to answer RFQs and liaise with the customer throughout the pre-RFQ-phase to business award
Present and review offers with decision makers at customers and lead negotiations to acquire new businesses
Develop new relationships to grow and sustain business

Key Deliverables

Requested Qualifications and Experiences

Degree in Business Administration with strong technical background or equivalent
good knowledge of the European and global Automotive industry
Experiences in plastics components would be much appreciated
Sales Planning with a strong understanding of financials and KPI
can-do mentality and attitude
know how to build, develop, and maintain good relationship with customers
know how to build, maintain, and develop network, both internally and externally
understand how to motivate yourself and your team members.
Flexibility to travel
