Amazon Deals are an integral part of the Amazon shopping experience. We are driving the most important events of the year, like Prime Day and Black Friday, generating a multi-billion dollar business. Our features are used by hundreds of millions of customers world-wide. We partner with teams throughout the Amazon ecosystem to optimize deal ingestion, classification and ranking of deals, deal discovery throughout the website, and to raise the bar for the best customer experience on mobile app, web, desktop.

We are looking for enthusiastic developers who have experience building state of the art software systems. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Berlin, BE, DEU

• Experience in agile software development methodology
• Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node
• Experience building scalable, distributed, front-end experiences
• Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
• Knowledge of agile development and best coding practices including peer code reviews, and unit testing
• Experience building reusable UX components or libraries
