We are looking for a Assembler Service and Repair (M/F/T) at Flowserve.

Your Role:

• Identification of the valves to be repaired and determination of damage and missing parts.
• Dismantling and cleaning of the valves and spare parts.
• Creation of the parts lists required for the cost estimate and definition of the work processes for the internal repair in consultation with the supervisor.
• Assembly of various add-on parts, piping, control parts and handwheel assembly.
• Checking the individual components and test run of the systems.
• Carrying out quality assurance based on inspection plans as well as the completion notification of the assembly in SAP.
• 24-hour on-call service divided into the team, approx. every 4-5 weeks according to plan.
• Customer assembly service and repair work.

Your Profile:

• HS Diploma/GED
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Training as an industrial mechanic or mechatronics technician as well as several years of professional experience.
• Knowledge and experience of parts of the product range.
• Class B driving license.
• Teamwork and resilience
• English knowledge is an advantage.
