Job Summary
Our team covers clients globally for European High Grade (HG) Credit products. The EMEA IG sales team is part of a broader & integrated Global IG Sales platform focusing on flow and alternative credit products
As a Vice President within our European HG Credit Sales team, you will step into a client-coverage role based in Frankfurt.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide coverage responsibilities that will include European Real Money, focusing on flow and alternative credit products
- Collaborate with trading, research, syndicate and other functions to deliver the firm to our client base
- Operate closely alongside the Paris-based team and broader HG sales business to back-up accounts where needed
- Self-start and generate trade ideas and market commentary to distinguish yourself and the business from the competition
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- You understand the complex topics and have no difficulty to to explain these to other parties
- You will have an active interest in markets and motivation to work with a variety of clients
- Substantial previous Spread product experience gained within a relevant Sales environment
- Demonstrable experience and aptitude in balancing and influencing internal/external stakeholder interests
- Ability to think on a strategic level and identify future opportunities for business franchise growth
- Ability to grasp new concepts & products and deliver them to clients
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proactive, team player and detail oriented approach
- Excellent time management abilities and confident communication skills
