- Implement metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of analytic initiatives. Continuously monitor performance and optimize processes to improve efficiency and achieve business objectives
Elevate the performance, optimize impact, and nurture the development of the Northern European Consumer Planners through proactive management, agile and forward-thinking operations, smart budgeting, and clear communication.
About you:
- Extensive experience in an analytical role, using a variety of data sources (external and internal), to create actionable insight; e.g. Nielsen (must), IWSR / GfK / Kantar (nice to have)
- Passionate about consumer understanding and applying knowledge to drive business growth.
- Ability to focus on solutions, not just diagnostics, focus on ”why” and “what is next”.
- Capacity to translate insights to implications and recommendations to inform innovation, marketing activity, commercial activity and customer selling stories.
- Comfortable in facilitating the adoption of analytics throughout the organization.
