Odds Scanner is looking for a Junior Office Manager to join our team in Malta.
We are a media and technology startup based in Malta active in several European and Latin American markets in the sports and gambling industries. We have a diverse and international team, working primarily from Malta, Portugal and Brazil, but with team members from all over the world.

In this role, you will be working directly with our Head of Corporate Operations and you will be responsible for making our office the best place to work!
We are looking for someone who is versatile, agile, can adapt quickly, and is looking to grow with the company.
Greet and welcome employees and other office visitors in the reception area.
Be the main point of contact for all day-to-day office activities in the office.
Manage all office management suppliers including but not limited to cleaning, catering, general maintenance and security.
Manage contract and price negotiations (along with the Head of Operations) with office suppliers and service providers.
Establish health and safety procedures in line with relevant legislation and standards.
Maintain good business relationships with third parties, monitoring their service delivery, and measuring their performance.
Organize and document all aspects of the office’s space and infrastructure planning.
Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted functionality.
Identify and fulfill office supply needs and coordinate food and water delivery.
Support HR with onboarding tasks related to the workspace.
Ad-hoc direct administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments, board meetings, shipping packages, updating the contact database, running errands etc.
Support events with corporate merchandised products and activities.
Experience and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize between conflicting tasks.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and solution-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Tech-savvy: has the necessary technical skill and experience needed to perform the role. Well-informed about modern technology, have a curiosity and understanding to stay agile and is open to new technological and disruptive developments and advancement.
Office management experience with a high sense of responsibility (Nice to have).
Experience managing cleaning, security and maintenance teams (Nice to have).
Fluency in English (mandatory).
Fluency in Maltese (mandatory).
Competitive salary up to 12,000€.
