These are your new tasks:

Answering customer and business inquiries in Danish on the phone
Help with the pre-sales and post-sales phase

And this is what you bring along:

Fluency Danish and very good knowledge of English
Flexibility in terms of working hours
Already knowledge of customer service
Very good PC skills
Valid work permit and residence in Berlin
Willingness to work 5 times a week
