Job Description
TeamViewer is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (all genders) to support our Board and become an important part of a fast-growing company. You will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, help keep long term projects on track, and handle more urgent responsibilities. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and seeking a challenging role. This position will require initiative, judgment, independent decision making and guest service skills.
- Work closely with the CEO and CFO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments appropriately
- Calendar management, accounting for day-to-day meetings, calls, and movements, both business and personal should be planned with your guidance
- Arrange complex and detailed international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiles documents for related meetings
- Facilitate the communication by effectively interfacing with investors, customers, partners, and team members
- Organize, prepare board meetings and audit- und remuneration committee meetings
- Close collaboration with the Group General Counsel
- Support all expense management and provide high level operational and administrative help
- Conserve executive’s time by managing large volume of emails and instant messages, initiating meetings, and if applicable, drafting letters and documents
- Assist in the management of organizational budgets
- Manage and coordinate special events & celebrations
Qualifications
- University degree ideally in law or relevant training paired with 4+ years of work experience in supporting C-Level Executives
- Diplomatic and tactful, able to maintain a positive attitude and collaborate to work with all team members
- Highly resourceful with ability to work independently and achieve high performance goals in a fast- paced team environment
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and be adaptable to competing demands

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms
- Discrete concerning confidential or sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
