Position: Decision/Business Intelligence Analyst (f/m/d)

Location: Berlin, Germany

Your Mission in a nutshell: You will enable other teams/departments to make smarter decisions with our data. While communicating findings to stakeholders and collaborating across departments to enhance overall business performance, your main goal will be to drive informed decision-making through data-driven intelligence.

To achieve this, we are building a dedicated Data team that will play a pivotal role in improving data understanding and driving actionable insights.

For that, we are looking for you to expand and strengthen our team!

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Analysing data and supporting with decision making processes

• Communicating insights to internal and external stakeholders

• Working closely with various departments to enhance the product’s value through enabling different reportings

• Utilise your strong SQL skills to query and analyse data from various sources

• Take ownership of projects, from data extraction to presentation, and ensure data accuracy and quality

• Creating insightful dashboards and reports using data visualisation tools to present data in a clear and actionable manner

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data products and decision making processes

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

• You studied economics, mathematics, statistics or a similar subject

• You have minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Business and/or Decisions Intelligence/Analyst or in a similar role

• You have a strong knowledge of SQL and any data visualisation tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker, Power BI etc.)

• You have great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team

• You have strong problem-solving skills and the competence to work with complex datasets

• You’re well-organised and proactively come up with new ideas

• You have the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines
