The family owned business was founded in 1888 and is currently in the hands of the 4th generation. We are seeking a motivated Corporate Brand Manager to join our team from every location by remote work. From time to time we need you at our sites.

• In your role, you are responsible for the strategic management of the Hettich brands (e. g. Hettich, Actiforce, Kuhn, Hepo).
• You work network orientated together with brand passionate Hettich colleagues from around the world and various departments.
• You develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and target audience.
• You manage and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual elements across all channels and platforms.
• You enhance our company's visibility, reputation, and overall brand equity.
• You ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all brand touchpoints.
• You lead the development of brand guidelines, including corporate design, logos, taglines, packaging, and other visual elements.
• You initiate regular monitoring and evaluation of brand performance as well as regular market and consumer research to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
• You stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative brand opportunities.
• You will be responsible for translating the brand strategy into international, internal and external communication measures by involving other colleagues as well.
• You will create platforms for the exchange and further development of Hettich's internal brand network with colleagues from all locations worldwide.
• You will ensure that the brand is experienced by our Hettich colleagues worldwide and drive internal brand communication.

• You have a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or have completed a commercial or advertising apprenticeship in marketing or an advertising agency.
• You are experienced in managing B2B brands.
• You have a strong understanding of brand management principles, including brand strategy, positioning and identity.
• You are a passionate networker - internally & externally.
• You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• You have a creative mindset with a keen eye for and a very good typographical and graphic feeling.
• You are an organizational talent, like to work in projects and keep track of things.
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• You are flexible and able to work under pressure, you work independently and result-oriented.
• You have working experience in an international, multi-cultural working environment and strong intercultural sensitivity. Ideally, you have worked abroad.
• You have a high level of German and English.
