Global Marketing Project Coordinator (f/m/d)(2 -year contract)

Your responsibilities:

• Marketing Coordination:
• Distribute all marketing activities within the regions, ensure that existing marketing materials can be adapted for the needs of the global account and shared within the regions.
• Exchange with global marketing teams (regional and other KAMs).
• Finalize and coordinate all marketing presentations for the global account.
• Create specific trends and category presentations when needed.
• Create internal newsletters to inform management, regions, and all concerned colleagues about our global account-related activities.
• Create external newsletters to build a strong brand image with our global account.

• Global project work coordination for Beauty Care for our global account:
• Monitor all incoming projects as well as proactive work.
• Ensure that all internal teams are aware of the work that has been done in other regions and share the information.
• Look for synergies and identify winning procedures.
• Nurture a close relationship with the global account creative teams and develop relevant tools accordingly.
• Present concepts and fragrances to the client.

• Create and organize workshops for the global account together with the Junior Marketing Manager.

• Liaise closely with Global Account Director on all daily matters.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in marketing, consumer research or communications.
• Olfactive experience is an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a marketing or project coordinator role in the FMCG, flavour and fragrance or closely related industries. Experience in the hair and/or beauty care categories is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing or CI projects including the desk-top design and personal delivery of presentations.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), fluency in German preferred.

• Proficient use of MS Office and Canva, knowledge of relevant Apple programs (key notes, pages, numbers), Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage. • Social web/digital media affinity.

• Curious, outgoing, creative, and well-organized personality.

• Commercial acumen, excellent analytical as well as personal presentation skills. • The position holder has frequent contact with customers, which requires 10 to 20% travelling.
