What you’ll do

Support the retention team in product marketing to existing customers
You're involved in the planning and implementation of advertising measures in various communication channels (TV/print/telephone/mailings/emailings)
You support the team in commissioning, implementing and realizing individual campaigns
You contribute to creative brainstorming regarding new offers, communication approaches and campaign ideas
You'll be involved in the creation of briefing documents for direct marketing campaigns for various areas (customer communication, analysis, process support)
Preparation of campaign content (handouts etc.) for call center employees is also part of your tasks

What you’ll bring

Ideally student (m/f/d) from the 3rd semester or with first practical experience
You've experience with office workflows (Outlook, MS-Office, Internet)
Accurate work, good time management and a desire to work creatively are among your strengths
Very good teamwork and social skills to ensure a smooth cooperation with the interfaces characterize you
You've a self-confident and open manner as well as good communication skills
Good written and spoken English
