What You Will Do

• You operate as a strategic leader and manage a team of CX specialists to leverage the customer voice and ensure teams deliver a seamless differentiated E2E customer experience
• You drive aligned understanding of customer needs across functions to ensure these insights result in customer focused improvement to achieve greater customer satisfaction and ultimately brand loyalty
• You develop the regional Outer Loop process to ensure rapid data-informed decision making, coordinated improvement execution, and visibility to key initiatives within the team all while incorporating the AGCO Culture and Farmer First efforts
• You develop and push cross-functional partnership to achieve ACGO success together within the full customer life cycle from discovery through purchasing to using our products
• You drive cultural change and improvement of our end-to-end CX closed loop approach techniques and tools scale and continue to expand capabilities in order to drive our customer and business outcomes

What You Will Bring

• 8+ years of experience with continuous improvement, supply chain, strategy, commercial, or customer experience (CX) methodologies
• 5+ years of experience leading teams through continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence across the organization
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes, build relationships, engage with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization to drive value
• Ability to absorb and process large amounts of information (from research or analytics) and synthesize into key insights and actionable recommendations

• Bias for action, self-starter mentality and growth mindset
• Experienced in bringing the customer voice into the business and shaping customer focused improvement
