- Drafting and negotiating of predominantly national contracts (in English language) in the areas of Sales/Distribution, E-Commerce, Marketing/Advertising and all other kinds of contracts relevant to the business in Germany and Switzerland
- Supporting the MUD implementing the Beiersdorf Compliance Program, e. g. revised guidelines, processes, trainings
- Functioning as key contact for compliance questions from employees and managers
- Owning the Compliance task tracking and reporting system (in Ethical) and executing the Beiersdorf Compliance training approach
- Interdisciplinary internal cooperation with various stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Data Protection, etc.)
- Providing legal advice to the business on contract related matters in the areas of Sales, Anti-trust, E-Commerce, Marketing/Advertising, Anti-corruption
- Continuous development of our national contract templates
- Consulting on product claims and advertising
- Coordination and cooperation with external lawyers
- University degree in law with state exams graded with at least satisfactory (“befriedigend”) or equivalent international qualifications with profound legal skills
- At least two years of relevant working experience with contract and compliance related topics and up to date knowledge of relevant laws
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Knowledge in contract drafting, distribution law and anti-trust law; unfair competition and cosmetics law a plus
- Motivated, constructive and flexible work attitude
- Proactive, structured and independent working style with an entrepreneurial and digital mindset
- Organisational talent, dynamic, strong communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language
