In anticipation of our upcoming launch of a revamped employer brand and other ongoing initiatives, we're gearing up for an exciting phase of transformation and growth. As a member of our recruiting team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues like Lisa and Tom, who will serve as your direct contacts and sources of guidance. Together, we handle operative recruiting in Central Europe and global projects, ensuring that our company continues to thrive with top-matching talent.
Additionally, you'll have the chance to interact with various team members throughout the organization, including our disciplinary lead, Ina, whom you'll meet during the interview process.
Your role can be started as soon as possible (ideally by or before June 1st ), is unlimited full-time employment, and can be performed nationwide in Germany from the home office or one of our sites in Germany (all sites are here).
Your role:
- Manage the recruitment process for designated business units across Central Europe, from approval to onboarding.
- Craft engaging job postings and collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent.
- Support employer branding activities, coordinate content creation and distribution, and ensure positive candidate experiences.
- Enhance candidate experience projects by monitoring SLAs, implementing process improvements, and refining recruitment practices.
- Support hiring manager initiatives focused on internal recruitment training, guidelines, and process adherence.
- Work on other projects/systems, i.e. indeed campaigns, Teamtailor (our ATS) improvements
- Employer Branding communication, i.e. in portals such as kununu / glassdoor

Your profile:
- Sound professional experience in operative recruiting, employer branding (communication) / HR Marketing and Candidate Experience and ideally active sourcing experience
- Resilience and multi-role management: you can handle multiple vacancies at the same time and have the drive to keep candidates engaged
- Completed studies or relevant commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on HR management/marketing/Psychology or comparable
- Very good English skills (company language) and ideally advanced German, any additional european language is a plus
