(Senior) Communication Manager Content & Campaigns (f/m/d) bei B Braun Melsungen AG
Within the Hospital Care division of B. Braun Melsungen AG, we are looking for a (Senior) Communication Manager (f/m/d) Content & Campaigns for the Global Marketing department at the Melsungen site as soon as possible.
This person will be responsible for the conception and implementation of communication campaigns and activities relating to the value proposition of the Hospital Care division and its products, services and digital offerings.
- You plan communication concepts and their implementation, including time and budget frameworks, in close cooperation with product management, representatives from international sales organisations, external agencies and internal service providers.
- You will advise the marketing units on communication strategy, measures and methodological competences, as well as their active further development.
- You will be responsible for the overall campaign process and initiate the associated individual measures. In this context, you will develop briefings taking into account brand and strategy specifications, create personas and customer experience journeys as well as storylines. You will represent your concepts in the roll-out to international markets.
- Your tasks will include selecting agencies and service providers, assessing the quality of processes and results and deriving appropriate measures.
- You observe market trends in communication and carry out benchmarks of competitors and industry partners.
- You enrich cross-divisional working groups with your knowledge and represent the interests of Hospital Care in communications.
- You will support divisional management with internal communication on strategic topics.
- You have successfully completed a (Bachelor's) degree or comparable training in the field of communication/media.
- You are proficient in the digital and analogue communication mix and advise the organisation on its targeted use in a future-oriented manner.
- You have conceptual skills and technical expertise in the field of creation and content production based on several years of professional experience in the field of communication.
- You have experience in the realisation and implementation of campaigns in an international organisation.
- Strategic and conceptual thinking and acting is essential for you.
- You have very good communication skills. You present your concepts with great persuasiveness and inspire your partners.
- Your strengths include creativity, a good feel for new topics and customer-orientated communication.
