Working Student - GTT-RS Systems and Solutions / Data Science in Hannover bei Continental

GTT Resource Steering (GTT-RS) as part of our Research and Development Tires in Hanover-Stoecken has the mission to create one central steering process for the experimental tire loop to achieve target-oriented planning and prioritization for all GTT-related activities.

As part of GTT-RS systems and solutions you will support on Data and IT related topics to support the overall Process.

For this exciting environment, we are looking for a working student (m/f/diverse), starting as soon as possible, to support us with up to 20 hours per week for a duration of at least 6 months. The activity takes place both on site and remote.

The focus of this exciting position is to support us with the following activities:

• Improvement (documentation, finetune for robustness) of automated system reports (RPA)
• Set up and Design new process visualization with Tableau or Power BI
• Support of operative business for Global Tire Testing with analysis and follow up of performance
• Track and update long term utilization (capacity vs demand)

• Student in IT, Data Science, Engineering or Natural Sciences, with experience in data handling
• Data Science knowledge would be an asset
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (incl Power Automate, Power BI) or Tableau are very helpful
• Good English language skills, German beneficial
• General interest for IT Systems and Data reporting (their interaction and visualisation)
• Interest to learn process automation (using KNIME, Virtual machines, UIPath…)
