POSITION

LeanIX is growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) to drive our product offering for our Enterprise Architecture Management product. We will provide you a unique chance to join the market leading product and take ownership to bring it to the next stage. You will join a dynamic, international team working with great passion with main focus on creating business value for our customers.

Kindly note: this is a hybrid position (80% remote + 20% office) based in Bonn/Munich, Germany or Amsterdam, Netherlands. We are only accepting applications from candidates based in Germany or Netherlands.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

• You will be the acknowledged expert for your part of the product - become the Go-To Person for this area
• You will be working closely with customers to truly understand and embrace their needs
• You communicate directly with stakeholders inside and outside LeanIX about customer needs and product strategy
• You will be in close exchange with product leadership to align your work with the product vision - and to challenge and influence the overall product strategy
• You work directly with product marketing and sales - understand the market and competition, and influence how our product is positioned and perceived
• You will be responsible for the team's backlog and roadmap - Which topics the team is working on, and in which order
• Together with your team, you have full responsibility from product discovery through delivery to customer value

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Product Management experience, ideally as well as a Product Owner of at least 3-5 years
• You have a background in statistics or an affinity to KPIs
• You have a proven track record of establishing new KPIs and report them to a board or C-level.
• You can confidently present to C-level stakeholders and understand critical indicators for a successful IT and Product organization such as Technical Debt, Obsolescence, Open Source Risk
• It would be beneficial if you had experience in mergers and acquisitions or at least worked in a cloud migration or application rationalization initiative
• Fluent English is mandatory
