TikTok's CEE Content Partnerships team sits within our Operations teams whose goal is to understand and champion the needs of our creators and communities and build a strong and trusted global brand that celebrates the diversity and creativity of our users & our platform. Our team vision is to amplify the power of our global community and to drive innovation that serves and connects our unique audiences, wherever they are.
The Content Partnerships team is focused on delivering key strategic insights, managing local partners and creators and driving core initiatives to develop our diverse content ecosystem and to ensure the success of our creator communities and key partners across core pillars of Music, Entertainment, Sports, Gaming and Lifestyle & Education.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive localized strategy to drive creator development and growth pipeline for Entertainment, Sports, Gaming and Lifestyle and education verticals, with a focus on PGC/PUGC (top creators, publishers).
- Collaborate with global vertical and community teams to launch & implement strategies adapting local insights, and drive key metric improvements.
- Work with CEE Head of Operations to define unique content verticals to suit local market needs.
- Lead local content partnership team to acquire, onboard, and foster strong relationships with content partners.
- Track, analyze, and drive to optimize the performance of local content partners and top creators.
- Identify best practices, optimizations, and operational improvements to enhance creator activity and creativity within the app.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience in content operations or development and content partnerships.
- 3+ years of managerial experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in influencer marketing, and media, familiar with local culture and Internet development trends
- Existing relationships with both a network of top content creators/influencers, and content partners to lead them towards partnership.
- Strong organizational skills to engage multiple teams in alignment and workflow.
- Strategic thinking, as well as programme management and communication skills, with the ability to manage and push complex projects.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
