The P&C Business partner role works as a strategic partner and advisor that supports the country leadership team and local and global business leaders. Focus on delivering local and global initiatives aligned with CHC objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- People Strategy: Bring to life the people agenda by advising, coaching and influencing business leadership teams
- Contribute to Global SWP for GBU and GF by providing view from country. Provide input and review of local hiring plans.
- Project Management and Delivery - Work on People&Culture priorities in country
- Coordinate and manage the in-country projects to overcome people challenges or build capability (aligned to CHC)
- Coordinate and manage business/organisation changes in country
- Talent Management - Drive the talent agenda with local business leaders, establishing talent reviews and quality succession plans for roles up to and including L4
- People Manager Development - Hold managers accountable to lead and develop their people – through key development activities and use of online tools
- Insights - Leverage local people insights to drive local initiatives/projects and to provide voice of customer for any global initiatives.
- Culture and DEI - Promote Sanofi DEI and culture through in country initiatives (bringing to life and contributing legal and local culture lens)
- Complex case management (by exception)
- Proactively encourage all line mangers and employees to utilise ESS/MMS and Service Now
About you
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of HRBP experience, including LT membership
- Fluent in English
- already conducted negotiations with the works council
- Knowledge of organizational design and development
- Knowledge of all common HR tools
- Field service skills desired
- Structured and independent way of thinking and working, confident appearance, ability to work in a team, resilience and flexibility
- Ability to scope, plan and implement HR projects
