- As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and developing an effective team of learning managers, coordinators, and solution specialists, ensuring outstanding performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, coaching, change management, and personal growth to achieve the objectives outlined above.
- Take charge in leading, developing, implementing, and maintaining the cross divisional learning operational model, proactively identifying demands, setting standards for process definition and execution, and establishing analysis and monitoring of processes to enable continuous improvement.
- Efficiently plan and manage resources to ensure business continuity, while establishing and maintaining governance to monitor supported processes and system administration, ensuring the coordination of development, quality controls, administration, and execution of supported processes based on defined standards.
- Drive excellence in leading, developing and implementing supplier processes and governance, by developing the supplier strategy, its related outsourced processes, tracking performance and ensuring business continuity.
- Lead, develop, and implement business strategies and standards for newly identified business areas/processes, ensuring high-quality results, focusing on keeping the value-added resources inhouse and outsourcing the administrative tasks.
- Collaborate and coordinate with BI stakeholders within Medicine and across divisions to proactively identify, evaluate, and implement system-specific features that enable process improvements, efficiency, and compliance.
- Analyze, monitor, and improve supported processes to further increase efficiency and compliance, and lead, develop, and maintain processes to support inspections by regulatory authorities and audits in your area of expertise and responsibility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) in Process/System Management or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in the development and maintenance of business processes, with a focus on learning management and quality management systems.
- With proven experience in a leadership or specialist role, you will have a proven track record in process and system management, as well as extensive knowledge and expertise in regulatory requirements (including FDA, EMA, etc.) related to assigned QM processes (e.g., learning/training).
- As a strategic thinker and motivator, you will be highly creative, curious, results-oriented, an "out-of-the-box" thinker, and a strong networker, having successfully implemented business strategies and realized business benefits in a global environment, including diverse cultures.
- Boasting several years leadership experience in a global matrix environment and the pharmaceutical industry (QMS and compliance regulations preferred), you will have excellent interpersonal, intercultural, and communication skills, adept at leading innovation and change.
- Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with exceptional organizational and project management skills (including stakeholder management and customer orientation), will enable you to excel in managing suppliers, quality management processes, and negotiations.
