Strategic Partnership Manager in Tuttlingen bei KARL STORZ

Your Mission

• You take over the management and coordination of selected Strategic Business Partnerships for KARL STORZ globally as well as all required activities across the functions to sucessfully setup new partnerships
• You identify all internal and external stakeholders and facilitate their collaboration to achieve the goals
• In addition, you identify challenges and roadblocks and initiate corrective actions
• For monitoring existing partnerships for success, you serve as key contact for the partners and ensure initial attention to keep the partnerships alive
• You identify opportunities for growth and optimizations, and problems and conflicts to initiate counter actions as appropriate
• You define and prepare exit strategies when a partnership comes to an end
• In project specific assignments you take over defined roles and responsibilites within the complex SBP management process
• You are responsible for managing the contact database for all contracts with partners over the lifetime of the respective partnerships (with Legal)

Your talents

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, technical/scientific or medical area or other eduction with adequate professional experience
• Experience in medical device industry desired, preferably in the field of surgery/endoscopy
• Confident, driven and dynamic leader
• Target and result driven, with strong business acumen and analytical thinking
• Team player, experienced working in a matrix organization
