IT Controlling and Sourcing Manager (x|f|m) in Göttingen bei Sartorius

Yourtasks

• You will actively participate in the global IT sourcing of software, hardware and IT services in line with the strategic goals of Sartorius IT

• You will be responsible for conducting RfX activities, negotiations and optimizing terms and conditions

• You will be responsible for IT controlling and cost allocation tasks in cooperation with Sartorius Finance

• In addition, you will coordinate IT budget processes, monitor deadlines and ensure the quality of final financial reports

• You will also carry out operational IT purchasing activities, such as creating shopping baskets, triggering and tracking purchase orders and checking invoices

• Close cooperation with other IT colleagues worldwide, but also with Sartorius Finance, due to your responsibility for IT cost allocation, completes your job description

Yourqualifications

• You have successfully completed a degree in business studies

• This is complemented by relevant professional experience in IT procurement, e.g. in the areas of software, SaaS solutions, IT services, IT equipment and hardware

• You have a proven track record of successful collaboration at C-level You are confident in using Microsoft Office products, e.g. Excel and with SAP FICO

• You also have know-how in at least one IT budget/forecast tool, e.g. Apptio, Proven Optics, ServiceWare, Bee360 or similar

• Ideally, you already have experience with the ServiceNow tool

• Your strengths include negotiation skills, a solution-oriented approach and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new IT topics and tools

• Analytical thinking, independent working style, ability to work in a team, strong interpersonal and communication skills and a confident, self-assured appearance are your strengths

• Very good English and German skills round off your profile
