Your mission

• Administration and configuration of the application server in Windows and Linux domain including 3rd party services
• You will ensure the operation, maintenance, and care of the Linux infrastructure as well as its monitoring including negotiating of activities with our PaaS-providers
• Development of the Linux environment due to new requirements and standardization of the deployment and patch management processes
• Plan and execute changes and implement customer orders as well as creating and updating of documentation of system environments
• Keeping the used directory services up and running properly to keep the security level high
• You will collaborate with specialists of different areas for the daily business

What you need

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field
• Working experience in the area of Middleware and virtualized server platform
• Experience in analyzing technical problems and preparing and automating recurring administrative activities
• Knowledge of Windows and Unix (RHEL) and related scripting languages
• Experience with configuration management, continuous integration, delivery and deployment as well as monitoring
• Basic German and fluent English language skills

• Certifications in the field of RHEL/Windows and related scripting languages
• Spoken Italian
