Receptionist - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg in Grünheide (Mark) bei Tesla

We are hiring a Receptionist, who will be the first point of contact to our employees and visitors at the Giga Factory Berlin-Brandenburg. As such, you will play a crucial role in representing and supporting Tesla with your customer-focused attitude as well as organizational skills. You will also oversee all incoming requests sent to the Giga Factory Workplace email inbox and ticketing system.

• Represent Tesla as the first point of contact for all employees and visitors
• Dispatch and follow-up on all requests sent to Workplace email and ticketing system
• Responsible for greeting and guiding visitors
• Support with all security measures e.g., access rights and NDAs
• Support with Workplace Requests: Keep an eye on incoming requests and answer when possible
• Have a customer-service mindset handling incoming and emails tasks
• Distribute incoming post to respective teams and coordinate outgoing mail

• Technically Experienced: You ideally have experience in Customer faced service or a hospitality background
• Soft Skills: You are a self-starter, organized, striving to continuously improve existing processes
• Interpersonal Skills: You have the ability to show professionalism to external and internal stakeholders at all levels
• Flexible: You are a team player and open to shift work
• Technical Skillsets: You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word/Excel/Outlook
• A good communicator: You are fluent in German and English (both written and spoken). Any additional language is a plus
