We are looking for a

Corporate Responsibility Consultant - Payment and Debt Collection Products (m/f/d)

(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our location in Berlin, Verl, Baden-Baden, Amsterdam or Stockholm – flexible working conditions available

Key responsibilities:

• You consult various organizational units (e. g. Business Units, Strategy Unit, Commercial Unit), providing guidance and support on Corporate Responsibility (CR) and the implementation of our vision of Human Centricity
• You lead the execution of projects and initiatives related to CR that may not yet have a designated owner within the organization (such as developing input and features of social partnerships and Corporate Volunteering with focus on financial education)
• You analyze market trends, evaluate competitors, and assess evolving customer preferences to advise the units by sharing insights and recommendations on promoting financial inclusion, minimizing environmental impact, and facilitating impactful societal partnerships
• You define and monitor CR and Human Centricity criteria for the development of new payment and debt collection products and consult our Business Units to ensure that these principles are integrated into every phase of the product development process
• You develop and implement metrics to assess our organization's contributions towards CR and Human Centricity, and provide regular reports and analysis to monitor our continuous improvement
• You support Sales and Marketing when addressing client requests related to CR

Profile:

• Experience in a consultancy or product-related role, preferably with a focus on consumer-oriented products in a FinTech environment
• Enthusiasm for Corporate Responsibility and for making financial products more socially responsible
• Data-driven way of working
• Entrepreneurial mindset – understanding the ways that our products commercially impact our partners as well as Riverty’s business
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various internal and external partners
• Innovative thinking and the ability to bring fresh perspectives to the development of products
• Intrinsic motivation to take ownership and turn initiatives into results
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
