Compulsory - combination internship in the area of quality management series/ start-up management eATS as of January 2024 in Esslingen bei Mercedes Benz AG

In the entire Powertrain, preparations are underway for the industrialization of eATS assembly in Untertürkheim. We are looking for you to jointly shape the development of the new team and the start-up preparation.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Contribute to the development of a concept for the integration, coordination and assurance of national and international activities within the framework of the eATS2.0 ramp-up
• Preparation and follow-up of committees on management level
• Support in the creation and maintenance of the QM schedule, independent tracking of critical issues and preparation of decision papers
• Collaboration in reporting to management regarding degree of target achievement or escalation as well as initiation of necessary measures
• Cross-functional cooperation (development, planning, production, logistics, start-up factory, factory planning, etc.) within the framework of start-up preparation
• Participation in the relevant project committees
• Familiarization with the eATS product and processes as well as the entire value chain (production/assembly)
• Partial mobile working possible
• Start date of internship by arrangement

• Degree in industrial engineering, technical course of study
• Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
