The Position

The primary goal of this role is to efficiently and accurately transfer contracts and information from diverse sources into our new vendor management system, ensuring seamless data migration and integrity while supporting the IT department's transition process.

Your Challenge

Load contracts and data from various sources (Emails, Dropbox, Google Drive) into our new cloud based vendor management system.
Transfer information accurately and efficiently from multiple sources into the web-based system.
Ensure data integrity and consistency during the transition process.
Communicate with stakeholders through email, Slack, or Google Meeting to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies
Work independently after initial training, demonstrating self-drive and commitment alongside studies.
Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data transfer.

Your Skills

Self-driven individual, who is able to balance their academic commitments with flexible work hours that align with the EU and US time zones
Computer literacy with the ability to navigate and transfer data between different platforms like Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Sheet, Slack, and cloud-based systems
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
Structured thinking and organizational approach to process information efficiently
Strong attention to detail to maintain data accuracy
English fluency - written & spoken

Closing

The compensation would be approximately 14€/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Germany on a full-time basis and located in Germany.
