For our Global Research & Development department we are seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant (f/m/d) in part-time (60-80%, approximately 5-6 hours per day). In this position you will report to the Director Global Research & Development and be based in Leimen.

Your next challenge

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks
• Arrange business travels and take care of visa formalities
• Support organization of meetings and events, pro-actively assemble and prepare meeting material and take care of logistic aspects
• Optimize the way the team works together and make the work more efficient
• Actively support the preparation of presentations

Your profile

• You have excellent administrative and office support skills
• You are a service-oriented organizer with diplomacy and discretion
• You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both, verbally and in written form
• You have an independent and structured way of working
• You are someone with a “can do” attitude and initiative and have the ability to multi-task
• You are fluent in English and German
