The Role…
As a Global Account Manager, you will take charge of developing and nurturing strategic relationships within your portfolio, maximising revenue and profit opportunities. You will need to be results orientated, take a consultative and collaborative approach to business needs and becomes a trusted adviser / expert on your accounts.

What you will be doing…
You will be responsible for adding and expanding Global Customers accounts within your Region and provide a strategic and specific sales focus on the client portfolio.
Revenue Growth
Improve quantity and quality of revenue from retention and growth for assigned accounts to meet or exceed strategic goals and business plan. Profitable growth in the form of new opportunities within existing accounts with orders and margin above set targets.
Relationship Management
Influence decisions taken by external (account/customer) stakeholders. Create, maintain and enhance relationships with decision makers, key influencers, and day to day contacts at existing and target accounts
Grow Key Global Customers
Influences decisions taken by external (account/customer) stakeholders. Create, maintain and enhance relationships with decision makers, key influencers, and day to day contacts at existing and target accounts
Business Relationships
Build trust and credibility at all levels of the customers' organisation, including decision-makers across the customers' business functions and including senior management and/or C-suite; advocates for the customer inside Securitas Technology and is viewed as a full partner by the customer.
Who you are…
Professional Sales Skills:
A proficient and creative, high-level sales negotiator with outstanding ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a B2B, complex sales environment. Proven ability to target accounts and using techniques such as MEDDIC / Challenger Sales / Solutions Selling to uncover true needs and decision-makers to progress opportunities through our sales funnel.
Communication and Customer Orientation:
A strong and assured communicator and presenter, who is able to gain personal credibility. Someone who understands the customer implications of chosen approaches and is able to reflect these in a diplomatic and professional manner in order to achieve client trust and confidence.
Business Acumen:
Able to take a commercially aware approach to achieving goals and objectives and balance both technical and commercial considerations in achieving sales success and ongoing customer satisfaction. Financially astute. Familiarity with financial models, ROI, TCO, capital versus operating budget issues, etc are all areas which will drive success in this role.

Possesses a high activity rate, can withstand pressure, be pro-active and is goal-oriented with a sense of urgency and who can adopt a disciplined, practical and organised approach. A propensity to succeed, make effective decisions and see them through to an effective conclusion.

- Consultative selling approach with emphasis on Account Growth.
- Cross selling and Upselling selling - experience with collaborating across both client and own organisation to drive a “One Securitas” approach.
- Vertical customer expertise which enables effective communications at the highest level of the customer’s organisation.
- Customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships.
- Clearly articulate value and demonstrate how solutions map to a customers’ needs.
- Build relationship strategies, account and sales plans, and proposal strategies.
- Proven track record of sustained sales achievement in managing the key accounts.
- Deal & tender management experience.
- Extensive Industry & technical knowledge from working in the Fire and Security Industry.
- Knowledge of standards relating to the respective systems
