We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support Motorola Solutions Germany GmbH with administrative and financial matters.
Responsibilities:
Tracking the incoming GmbH correspondence and forwarding it to the relevant internal/external stakeholders
Fleet management; point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (employees with company cars, LeasePlan)
Ordering of SIM cards and company phones for new hires and current employees
An interface between the employees in Germany and the General Accounting/Vendor Support teams in Cracow
Responsible for the timely handling of requests to the management (preparing documents to be signed, scheduling with the notary, necessary accompanying correspondence, tracking deadlines, updating service and filing)
Responsible interface for drafting cell phone contracts and landline contracts between business and external providers
Responsible interface for incoming travel expenses and the processing team at FOC/Krakow. Checking tax issues, assisting the entire organization with questions about travel expense settlement issues, and clarifying and instructing FOC to make necessary corrections.
Collaborating closely with the Tax Team for documentation requests in the event of tax office requests for tax and/or wage tax audits
Highlighting potential issues to the management team's attention
Coordination of processes with other regions to ensure we move towards simple common global processes
Other ad-hoc tasks as determined by the Manager.
This is an office job with the possibility to work from home occasionally.

At least 2-3 years of experience as admin/finance support for an international corporation.
Very good computer skills (Excel, Word, other Windows applications).
Very good command of German and English (verbal and written)
Strong analytical / problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with all areas of the organization.
Analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex matters.
Good organizational skills, flexibility & ability to motivate others to take action.
Ability to work in a team.
